Sunday Day-1:

  • Lodge
    Arrive @ Estancia around 3:00pm
  • Un-pack and grab some lunch and load up for a late afternoon dove hunt to break the ice. 
  • Take a short drive to dove hunting field; guides and bird boys will be at your beck and call. Typically, the shooting is so intense, the bird boys will wait until after the hunt to pick up your birds and spent shells. Refreshments and cold towels are available, as you will find come in quite handy while shooting in the neighborhood of 500 rounds of shells.
  • After your hunt, we will accommodate your desired picture scenes, so don’t forget your camera.
  • Arrive back at Estancia to a warm shower, a hearty meal, and some enthusiastic bragging.

Monday Day-2:

  • Wake up to an early morning well prepared full breakfast.
  • Take a short 30-minute drive to the River Parana for a 20-minute boat ride to one of our four duck hunting Islands. We will give 150 shells to each hunter to harvest up to 40 ducks per morning per hunter. You are escorted to a duck blind near one of our lagoons for some spectacular wing shooting. The morning hunt generally concludes around 9:30-10:30am.
  • Duck species include; Rosy-billed Pochard, White-cheeked Pintail, Ringed Teal, Cinnamon Teal, Fulvous whistling duck, Southern Widgeon, Blackhead, Yellow-billed Pintail, Red Shoveler, Brazilian Duck, and Silver Teal.
  • After your hunt, your guide and his assistants will retrieve your ducks and set up a picture scene.
  • Arrive at Estancia for a hearty Argentine lunch and then relax until the afternoon dove shoot.

Tuesday Day-3:

  • Same as day 2

Wednesday Day-4:

  • Same as day 3

Thursday Day-5:

  • Same as day 4

Friday Day-6:

  • Same as day 5

Saturday Day-7:

  • Make a morning duck or Perdiz hunt; similar to a grouse but more cunning.
  • Return back to Estancia for a hearty lunch.
  • Pack and start your journey back to Buenos Aires to catch your eving flight back home.

Los dos Hermanos has Beretta, Benelli, Turkish Hugu 9 shot; all in semi-automatics, as well as O/U shotguns available. Both 12 and 20 gauge shotguns are available for a fee of $40.00 per day. Back up guns will always be available for those barrels too hot to handle.

Weather

May through August (winter in Argentina) is the season for our mixed-bag hunting, with temperatures ranging from the low 30s to the high 60s throughout the four-month long season.
